We’re incredibly grateful to Tucson Foodie for the thoughtful feature on our CATALYST Creative Collective Kitchen—a space that’s been quietly transforming into one of Tucson’s most versatile hubs for culinary creativity. Located inside the Tucson Mall, the CATALYST Kitchen isn’t just a space with stainless steel counters and commercial appliances (though it has plenty of both!). It’s a place where chefs host their first pop-up. Where small food businesses test new recipes with real audiences. Where passionate home cooks evolve into confident educators. It’s where food meets community—and where creativity finds a home. Over the past year, we've been lucky to work with incredible local partners like Chez Peachy, Humble Board, Chantilly Tea, Plant Based Potential, Yellow Brick Coffee, and many others who’ve used the kitchen to bring their visions to life. As a nonprofit, SAACA developed this space to lower the barrier to entry for food entrepreneurs and to make culinary education and exploration more accessible. We’re thrilled to see it becoming a launchpad for chefs and makers who reflect the richness of Tucson’s food scene. Thank you, Tucson Foodie, for helping tell this story—and for always championing the chefs, creatives, and food-lovers who make this city so flavorful.
