Obedience Training Club of Palm Beach County Welcome to Obedience Training Club of Palm Beach County One of the oldest dog obedience training clubs in Florida OTCPBC was founded in 1953. A notforprofit dog training club licensed by the American Kennel Club and composed of approximately 100 members the club has trained tens of thousands of area dogs including dogs at Palm Beach County Animal Care Control. On February 25 2013 the club hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of its new building at 1250 Gateway Road Lake Park Florida. The ribbon cutting marked the first time in the clubs history that it has owned a building.
