Table Tennis for Life: Health & Community Benefits | Table Tennis For All Empowering Lives Through Table Tennis An initiative transforming health and fostering community through table tennis spreading the sport to inspire better wellbeing for all. Cofounders Tanvi and Aarav Desai were invited by the Parkinson Network of Mt. Diablo which has around 400 members to present the benefits of playing table tennis for Parkinsons disease. They emphasized that table tennis can enhance motor skills improve cognitive function boost emotional wellbeing and enrich overall quality of life.
