Human Milk Connection is a 501c3 foundation dedicated to raising funds to make the acquisition of human donor milk more affordable and accessible in the state of California, and to educate on the benefits of using human milk. Provide California families access to Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM) and lactation support to meet the nutritional needs of their children, regardless of familial background, circumstances, or socio-economic status.
