Gelvin Foundation The Gelvin Foundation Our mission at the Gelvin Foundation is to make a significant and positive impact on the quality of life for all Oklahomans by supporting a variety of community services health care programs educational projects and programs in the arts. Through his establishment of the Foundation bearing his name Lyle M. Gelvin provided a significant source of monetary support for a broad range of nonprofit causes and undertakings which he so enthusiastically encouraged and aided during his lifetime. By policy the Foundations grants are limited to nonprofit organizations within the State of Oklahoma.
