Lone Star Shih Tzu & Lhasa Apso Rescue | We have the power. The Lone Star Shih Tzu Lhasa Apso Rescue is a 100 volunteeroperated organization. We do not have a physical shelter and there are no paid staff. That means that all dogs are placed in foster homes prior to adoption 100 of the work is done by volunteers and 100 of the money raised goes to support the dogs. WE ARE ALL ABOUT DOGS .
