To promote, encourage and support the educational and other programs of the Kern High School District, a California public school district.  This mission includes, but is not limited to, providing monetary and other support for instructional and curricular activities and materials, construction and maintenance of school facilities, student academic and athletic competitions and activies, teacher training, and secondary, post-secondary and other scholarships for Kern High School District students.
