Sometimes people struggle with personal and emotional difficulties that they haven't been able to resolve on their own. Transformation Community Outreach mission is to provide counseling services for at risk youth and young adults in Jefferson ,Tuscaloosa, and Montgomery counties of Alabama. This is accomplished though community partnerships, donations and mentorship programs.
