Protect and enhance natural ecosystems of the watershed, especially those related to creeks and wetlands. Increase pulic awareness, knowledge, and scientific understanding; use that information to improve conditions. Promote diverse and self-sustaining populations of native plants, habitats, wildlife, and fish. Improve water quality, assure adequate freshwater flow in creeks, and promote responsible flood management.
