PCRC is a communication & dispute resolution organization. We assist communities in solving their most complex personal, organizational, and social challenges. Empowering people. Building relationships. Reducing violence. The Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC), founded in 1986, is a public benefit corporation serving individuals, groups, and organizations throughout San Mateo County. The mission of PCRC is to promote positive collaboration and active engagement by residents in the communities we serve. To accomplish this mission, PCRC trains people to communicate and solve problems together, facilitates group meetings, builds skills for public participation and, as a neutral third party, assists people in conflict to develop mutually acceptable agreements.
