Education and job training for incarcerated and previously incarcerated individuals empowering people enabling growth Employment with a true living wage is a primary key to breaking the cycle of incarceration. The biggest challenges facing individuals reentering society is finding and maintaining stable employment. Weak work histories poor social networks limited education and lack of job skills plus the stigma of a criminal record impede the ability to obtain employment at a livable wage. The inability to find employment negatively impacts the individual their families and our community.
