The brainchild of a social worker and an epidemiologist, The Everywhere Project aims to save lives through providing access to education and safer use supplies including naloxone, safer injection kits, safer smoking kits, safer sex kits and fentanyl testing strips.

Harm Reduction | The Everywhere Project | Philadelphia Volunteer Resources Services More More Because substance use happens everywhere The Everywhere Project is a Philadelphia based organization that aims to expand the reach of harm reduction resources and education including food clothing clean syringes naloxone overdose reversal training fentanyl testing strips and safer use supplies. We advocate to End the War on Drugs and actively work to reduce stigma against people who use drugs in our community. Since our launch in March of 2021 we have established two weekly outreach sites one in Center City at Love Park and the other in Kensington off of Kensington Avenue. We take a different approach to substance use 01 Harm Reduction Based Trauma informed defined by those we support.
