Merging Ideas and Opportunity What We Do The Interchange Foundation seeks to provide avenues for women and racial minorities in Tennessee to pursue careers and operate viable businesses in the science technology engineering math and construction STEMC fields by providing STEM and Constructionrelated support. How We Give Direct program activities Direct program activities such as mentoring coaching and workshops Educational program grants Educational program grants for programs which are STEMC related and in whichwomen and minorities are actively recruited to participate. Scholarships Scholarships to students enrolled in approved educational programs Grants to business Grants to business owners which allow them access to educational opportunities Benevolent assistance To support women and minorities engaged in InterchangeFoundation approved programs and initiatives which would includereimbursement of qualified expenses. Our Vision The Interchange Foundation was created with a vision to empower women and minorities who are interested in exploring careers in fields where women and minorities are traditionally underrepresented.
