FGLI Consortium Leading the conversation on firstgeneration lowerincome college student success Welcome to the fgli consortium The FGLI FirstGeneration LowerIncome Consortium is a national organization that provides leadership expertise and resources around the experience of firstgeneration andor lowerincome college students at highlyselective universities and colleges. We develop and serve administrators who work directly with the FGLI population through knowledge sharing and relationship building specifically through our annual conference. We serve as thought leaders to selective colleges and universities across the nation consulting on best practices and offering guidance and recommendations on college access and success to educational professionals nonprofits and other stakeholders.
