ELLA Library, officially known as East Lake Language and Arts, is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to fostering the expression and exchange of knowledge and culture through the medium of storytelling. It operates in the East Lake neighborhood of Chattanooga, Tennessee[1][5].
