PARTNER WITH THE COMMUNITY TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH FINANCIAL BURDENS WHILE UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR HEART RELATED CONDITIONS. THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT DISCRIMINATED ON THE BASIS OF RACE, CREED, ANCESTRY, MARITAL STATUS, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, PHYSICAL DISABILITY, VETERAN'S STATUS, POLITICAL AFFILIATION, COLOR, RELIGION OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
