The Washington Jaycees Junior Chamber gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40 the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development management skills individual training community service and international connections. The Washington Jaycees are affiliated with JCI Junior Chamber International. JCI is a membershipbased nonprofit organization of 200000 young people ages 18 to 40 in 5000 communities and more than 100 countries around the world. Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change we must improve ourselves and the world around us.
