Blossom
Blossom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization on a mission to provide essential needs to children in emergency circumstances. Our resources include packaged kits which contain toiletries, hygiene products, diapers, wipes, school supplies, school uniforms, and undergarments for all ages which are dedicated to children throughout the year. We strive to reach children who often lack essential resources in unforeseen circumstances such as tragic loss or economic instability. Our goal is to bridge the gap by assisting families immediately while they are waiting on health care, food, housing, and even child survivor's Social Security benefits from state agencies and federal programs. This reduces mental health disorders a child may experience during traumatic times.

Blossom Providing Essential Needs for Infants to Teens Essential workers advocating to enhance the lives of children to blossom in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. We have launched out United Way 211CAUW Services. What We Do At Blossom we are committed to ensuring equitable access to basic needs for children from infants to teens in disadvantaged communities facing crisis or financial hardship. We provide essential resources to support their wellbeing and through our Life Skills to Blossom program equip teenagers with vital skills such as selfcare financial literacy and social etiquette.
