Home SoCal Black Scuba Divers Snorklers We are based in San Diego California home to the legendary kelp bed forests of La Jolla Shores. Leopard sharks can be seen in shallow waters from June through October. Sea lions congregate year round at La Jolla Cove. Playful pups love to swim circles around divers and snorkelers.
