Citizens for Smart Growth, Inc.
Our mission statement is: "Empowering citizens to shape vibrant communities in balance with nature." Blaine County is expected to add more than 12,000 residents by 2025, which represents approximately 5,000 additional homes and 9,000 more vehicles on our roadways. We work to ensure that growth and development do not adversely affect our community by advocating that Smart Growth Principles and citizens' values, such as wildlife preservation and water conservation, are reflected in new developments and codified into law for future developments.
