RSVP Today West Georgia GA Chapter Of The Links Incorporated Message from The President Greetings Friends and Partners It is my honor to serve as the chartering president of the West Georgia GA Chapter of The Links Incorporated. The Links Incorporated was founded on November 9 1946 by two young Philadelphia visionaries Margaret Rosell Hawkins and Sarah Strickland. Their mission was to engage in educational civic and intercultural activities in the communities in which they served.
