Krewe de Tech The meeting rooms at all Jefferson Parish Libraries are unavailable while in Phase 2. We are forced to cancel or postpone all Krewe de Tech meetings till the meeting rooms become available again. Krewe de Tech is a group of users helping each other gain a better understanding of personal computing technologies and how to use them in productive ways. We have monthly general meetings and special meetings where you can learn more than you ever imagined.
