Unique nonprofit offering stress reduction programs for all. Including meditation, yoga and comedy. We are a unique nonprofit organization providing individuals, businesses and families (no cost for children) with practical self-sufficient stress reduction services, including wellness workshops, meditation (concentration and vedic meditation), breathing techniques and comedy/laughter for sustainable mental and physical health. Our outreach programs are designed to reach low/er income and marginalized groups within their communities. Groups include but are not limited to: BIPoC, LGBTQ+, elderly, veterans, victims of abuse, individuals with physical/mental disabilities and disorders, 12 step participants, and the incarcerated.
