THE CBOA SERVES OVER 3,000 MEN AND WOMEN OFFICIATING ALL BASKETBALL LEVELS FROM YOUTH TO SEMI-PRO. CBOA PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM TO PREPARE INDIVIDUALS FOR OFFICIATING BASKETBALL. CBOA'S MISSION INCLUDES UNHOLDING, ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS AMONGST INSTITUTIONS, SPECTATORS, PARTICIPANTS, COACHES AND OFFICIALS INVOLVED IN THE GAME OF BASKETBALL.

We have trained and developed officials for California over 100 years from Youth to SemiPro. Our program is being used in other states and we consistently work on our program and with our partnership with NASO to provide the latest in officiating training. Our website provides anyone within our state the ability to connect with a CBOA affiliated unit and directly apply or contact that unit for more information.
