To produce a Power Circle of female civic and business leaders deriving from socially and economically disadvantaged circumstances, to foster intellectual leadership, be inclusive, broaden awareness, build key relationships, and to understand her passion and purpose early in life. We do this through personal development, mentorship and diverse leadership opportunities. The Academy aims to facilitate self-selection into civic and business leadership roles while being a voice at the table on issues affecting women and girls in the community as well as around the globe.
