To ensure that the number of minorities in engineering continues to rise, we must prepare the upcoming generation with skills, experience, and confidence. Win in STEM offers a new way to facilitate powerful mentorship relationships through an innovative, interactive online platform that connects experience professionals with STEM students to provide coaching, feedback, developmental experiences, and career exposure.
