To promote awareness of the JAMA-J Challenge and Let's Move initiatives to inspire, give back to others and have fun, be healthy. The JAMA-J Foundation (Jump And Move Around – Jump) also known as the JAMA-J Challenge – is an activity involving jumping or moving around at anyplace, anytime while singing the JAMA-J song or jingle. Each participant will be encouraged to donate the number of jumps or moves completed to an organization of their choice and video themselves while singing the JAMA-J song or jingle, then to share their videos on social media platforms to promote awareness of The JAMA-J Challenge and Mrs. Michelle Obama's Let's Move initiative.
