Our Mission Inspired by the Gospel and informed by Catholic Social Teaching the Africa Faith and Justice Network AFJN seeks to educate and advocate for just AfricaUS relations that empower Africans to be agents of their own destiny thriving in a just and equitable society. Our Focus Campaigns AFJN works on multiple campaigns in Africa throughout the year that include Africas Right to SelfDetermination Womens Empowerment Extractive Industries Conflict Resolution Economic Justice Care for Creation Just Governance Food Systems Land Grabbing Restorative Justice and Youth Development. Our Events AFJN hosts timely events on major issues impacting USAfrica policy and relations throughout the year in Washington DC and webinars with our membership coalitions and partners in both the US and Africa. Many of our events are free and open to the public.
