Our mission is to learn, prepare, cook, and serve delicious international cuisine (that you cannot find at local restaurants) to the public, free of charge! There's no catch, we are made possible by public donations and want to spread the love of unique international dishes to all individuals of our region of the Greater Des Moines Area! We believe no matter your background, people are always have limitations to travel internationally, but that shouldn't be a barrier for them to eat and discover new tastes! We are here for you!
