The South Carolina State Fair has awarded more than $5 million in scholarships since 1997. The South Carolina State Fair is a self-supporting 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. TO PROMOTE THE MATERIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AGRICULTURAL, AND INDUSTRIAL INTERESTS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL SC STATE FAIR IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANIZATION.
