The Latino Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF) develops programs that increase the number of Latinx students who enroll, persist, and complete college and obtain economically mobile careers in Silicon Valley. TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS OPERATED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR HISPANIC EDUCATION AND TO ADVANCE AND DEVELOP INITIATIVES THAT BENEFIT LOW-INCOME STUDENTS ATTENDING EAST SAN JOSE SCHOOLS.

Empowering Latinx students to achieve their aspirations and advocating for equitable chances for success. The mission of the Latino Education Advancement Foundation is to improve economic outcomes for all currently socioeconomically disadvantaged Latinx students and other students of color by providing support services and advocacy through higher educational attainment and career mobility and to accomplish such predominantly in East San Jose. Our Mission Impact at a Glance Empowering students transforming futures and creating sustainable success through education and support. Scholar Persistence 81 81 of LEAF Scholars have continued their education since the program started in 2019 demonstrating the programs success in keeping students on track in higher education.
