Citizens Against Abusive Power Systems, Inc (CAAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Civil and Human Rights activist organization dedicated to the fight against abuse and corruption. We are committed to investigating, exploiting, and prosecuting abuse and corruption to ensure accountability and oversight in public service; educating society pertaining to the protection of rights in preservation of freedom; reforming systems that are, or have become, abusive to society; and providing safe harboring, relocation, and support services for victims of abuse. We accomplish our mission by investigating all allegations of abuse and corruption, providing free legal services to those in need, and providing support services to victims of abuse which may include safe harboring, relocating, employment and living assistance, and counseling services.
