UM Universal Mercy Universal Mercy Inc was incorporated in 2015 and is a registered 501c3 non profit. Our Programs Hifz Our Fulltime Hifz Program focuses on memorizing the Noble Quran and instilling the love of the Quran and Sunnah in our students hearts. Maktab Our Maktab Program focuses on developing the ability to readrecite the Noble Quran and instilling the love of the Quran and Sunnah in our students hearts. Ummah Fest An annual festival hosted by Universal Mercy for the bay area muslim community Zakat Fund Zakat Fund setup by Universal Mercy to provide assistance to community members in need.
