Non-profit that promotes understanding, appreciation and celebration of world cultures through dance The Four Seasons Dancers (4SD) is a not-for profit organization dedicated to promoting the diversity of the Greater Washington, DC area by performing a dance repertoire that mirrors the cultural mosaic of the region. The Washington, DC region is one of the most diverse in the nation, with quarter of its residents coming from all over the world. To celebrate the region’s cultural richness, the 4SD ensemble of 16-20 female dancers create and perform 30+ dances in elaborate costumes of original design, featuring dancing art forms from Mexico, China, Peru, India, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, etc. With such a diverse world dance repertoire, original choreographies and in-house made costumes, the 4SD stands out as a unique performing group in the dancing/perform
