We have inherited stories about why we get sick that are not in line with our evolution as human beings and how we are naturally equipped to heal and thrive. According to the 2025 NAMI Workplace Mental Health Poll, the majority of full-time workers polled reported feeling comfortable discussing mental health in the workplace and supporting the mental health of their coworkers. However, they also reported needing more information and support from leadership regarding how to do so. We are here to help.
