We provide case management services to individuals who are in need of resources, information, and support but do not meet criteria for case management through government agencies. We believe that there needs to be a safety net for people who are working and do not qualify for Medicaid, The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, but do not have the resources to obtain medical care, substance use disorder treatment, or legal support. Many times, individuals do meet criteria to receive assistance, but they lack understanding of how to navigate the paperwork or where to even start looking for help. We understand that, given the right circumstances, all people can thrive and be valuable members of their community.
