Le'Land's Heart, Inc.
The Sanctuary, founded in 1996, grew out of the need to find permanent homes for pets dumped in the areas in and around Lubbock, TX. In 2000 we applied for and received non-profit 501(3)c) status. The Sanctuary directs a great deal of effort to educating children and their parents on Responsible Pet Ownership and Safe Dog Approach. Our primary goal is to reduce the need for rescue by educating people on being Responsible Pet Animal owners.
