Lonoke County Task Force On Child Abuse and Neglect Inc

Open Arms Shelter

Open Arms Qualified Residential Treatment Program provides safe placement to teens in foster care that are victims of child abuse and neglect. Our program helps our teens address past traumas, work on life skills and advance their education. Open Arms works to achieve one of three goals with our residents: 1. Reunification with family, 2. Preparing the teen to be successful in a foster home, 3. Independence. Our staff works with the local schools, enrolls each child into mental/behavioral health therapy and addresses any physical health concerns to help each resident reach their desired goal.
