Hacienda Community Development Corporation is a Latino-led nonprofit organization, based in Oregon, with a mission to strengthen families by providing affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement, and educational opportunities.

History

Established in 1988, Hacienda CDC has over thirty years of experience in developing and managing affordable housing and supportive services for low-income individuals and families.

Programs and Services
Affordable Housing
  • Residential Properties: Hacienda operates 11 affordable housing communities with over 730 rental homes, serving more than 2,100 individuals in the Portland metropolitan region. Notable developments include Las Adelitas, which opened in December 2022.
  • Homeownership Support: Offers assistance through financial coaching, mortgage-readiness workshops, and certified housing counseling. Their Camino a Casa program prepares prospective homebuyers for the home-buying process.
