Established in 1988, Hacienda CDC has over thirty years of experience in developing and managing affordable housing and supportive services for low-income individuals and families.

Affordable Housing
- Residential Properties: Hacienda operates 11 affordable housing communities with over 730 rental homes, serving more than 2,100 individuals in the Portland metropolitan region. Notable developments include Las Adelitas, which opened in December 2022.
