TO HELP THE COLOMBIAN COMMUNITY IN THE CITY OF LOWEEL. TO INSTALL A PUBLIC MONUMENT TO HONOR THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF COLOMBIANS TO THE CITY. OUR PURPOSE IS TO MAKE KNOWN TO ALL THE CRUCIAL ROLE THAT COLOMBIANS PLAYED IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN LOWELL. THE MONUMENT WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE KENNEDY CIVIC CENTER PLAZA (CITY HALL).

The City Council of the City of Lowell has approved our committees request to install a public monument to honor the contributions of Colombians to the city. Our purpose is to make known to all the crucial role that Colombians played in the textile industry in Lowell. The monument will be installed at the Kennedy Civic Center Plaza City Hall.
