Events to uplift, educate, and inspire underserved and underprivileged youth through the human-animal bond. Special emphasis on veterinary medicine, veterinary care, animal industry career exploration and the human animal bond. Pets Help The Heart Heal's primary purpose is charitable. Within that context, PHTHH provides coordinated programs to assist youth, especially foster kids and youth that are homeless, deal with emotional, psychological, and physical challenges by using the human animal bond. Our outreach programs and support services such as life skills, pet therapy counseling, coping skills, etc. assist those that are underserved and less fortunate. We provide educational opportunities for youth to explore careers including the animal industry, via internships, tours, day camps, and shadow programs. PHTHH establish and engage in any other outreach activities that further nonprofit activities of the organization.
