The Glow-Frame Initiative | Welcome to TheGlowFrame Initiative The GlowFrame Initiative is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults from underserved communities in Arizona by providing them with realworld experience in the film and AV industries. Our comprehensive apprenticeship program is designed for individuals aged 1624 offering handson training on actual film sets and behind the scenes at live events. Our program immerses participants in various aspects of AV technology and filmmaking. From LED video wall technology and live sound engineering to cinematography and film production we tailor our training to the interests of each participant equipping them with the skills they need to succeed.
