Good mental health enables individuals to cope with the stresses of daily life form and maintain healthy relationships and pursue their goals and interests with enthusiasm. It is closely intertwined with physical health as poor mental health can exacerbate physical health conditions and vice versa. Moreover mental health impacts our productivity creativity and resilience affecting our performance at work school and other endeavors.
