WhiteHaven Canine Evaluators
WhiteHaven Canine's mission is to 1) Help you, the dog owner, to have a well-mannered pet for your home and in your community and 2) To assist you in becoming a responsible dog owner. Using rescued or donated dogs, WCE trains dogs in Basic & Advanced obedience and to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) for Disabled Veterans that are in need. The ESAs are then provided to the Veterans at no cost to them.
