The Gainesville Community Choir Inc. is a community choir in Gainesville, VA whose mission is to enrich, educate and entertain the community by providing opportunities for community-building and the development and support of musical excellence. The organization supports a large, diverse group of singers in Gainesville and the surrounding areas. This non-auditioned choir has a ten-year history of success in the community and has grown from 40 to over 90 singers in that time. Scholarship support provided by the organization allows young singers to participate in the choir and other enrichment activities that include musical education, experiences, and attendance at community performances.
