International Grenfell Association | Newfoundland and Labrador has been granted since 1981 by the IGA to help shape the coastal communities of Northern Newfoundland and Coastal Labrador. The IGA stopped awarding renewable Scholarships in 2013 in favor of more Bursaries. Since 1996 there have been 1658 student bursaries made possible with IGA funding. Since 1996 the IGA has awarded 1678 grants in support of the region it serves.
