FACT Athletics Home Store Blog More About Founded in 2000 FACT Athletics is a nonprofit 501c3 and has made a tremendous impact on the Pasadena community by training athletes with functional movement principles. Functional movement is about proper hip alignment and using the athlete39s center of gravity to get the most out of their body with the least amount of friction. We use a variety of mobility strength and stretching exercises to help all individuals regardless of their specific sport to achieve their balance. This training can have the most impact when taught at an early age so we are committed to brining this to the youth for free.
