Who We Are The Newcastle Parent Teacher Corporation Newcastle PTC is a volunteerrun nonprofit serving Newcastle Elementary and Newcastle Charter Schools K8th grade students. The PTC provides enhanced funding and coordinates the supportvolunteers for several programs and events at and within the school community. The NECS board and volunteer team are passionate about focused fundraising to ensure that the NECS student body teachers parents and staff continue to be provided with enrichments that foster the safe and fun learning experiences that make it such a great school.
