The Diversity Consortium of Tompkins County DCTC is a volunteer runcollaboration of local employers affiliates and community leadersdedicated to promoting equity inclusion and belonging within Tompkins County. In 2024 we are proud to be celebrating our 25th anniversary of providing community support and advocating for the professional upward mobility and wellbeing of all humans.
