First City Council on Cancer First City Council on Cancer An allvolunteer nonprofit that has provided over 2 million in financial assistance for cancer patients in Southern Southeast Alaska for over 20 years. Our Organization Find out about our mission volunteer board and history. Apply for a grant FCCC is able to offer grants of up to 2000 per individual diagnosed with cancer. Grant applications can be done online or printed and mailed.
